Its designed superbly with all the features anyone could need, such as custom views. Then I do a daily review (today/tomorrow) and a weekly review. Todoist is a rare five-star Editors Choice winner because it is simply the best to-do list app on the market. I used to tend to keep some general info in Todoist, but it cluttered up quickly, which is why I moved over to Notion. Todoist doesn't keep any information except the necessary info for each task. Generally a higher level overview in Notion, also for easy reference (instead of struggling through documents of sometimes over a hundred pages to find some specific info). Things that go in Notion for example: Contact list, important links/information, descriptions of the different work packages for each project, their deadlines. When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found Todoist easier to use, administer, and do business with overall. I used any.do many years ago before wunderlist. I work on several projects so I have a project in Todoist for each project I'm working and I also have a page (+ subpages) for each project in Notion + I embed my Todoist project view in the Notion project page. Tossing up between TickTick, Todoist and Any.do. I use Todoist for task management and Notion for knowledge management.
